Innovative Film City, Bangalore
After successfully running the multiplex business for two years in bangalore karnataka, currently Innovative is working towards a film city project with movie production facilities .
However, I personally feel going to inovative city is Waste of time and money, because if you go with package They charge you a minimum of Rs 400 for entry (children above 3 are charged) and it is not worthy. The food court was ok . We were there on a Thursday and we hardly found one north Indian counter was open and food was ok to manage and sadly u don't have any other alternative ( no outside food is allowed) .
However there are few attractions mostly for kids.
Now coming to the attractions:-
Dino park : might be useful for kids ..they may enjoy moving dinos and horrible sounds.
Fossil museum : A waste. Not worth 50/- to go to see old bones and some computer terminals.
Mirror Maze : Enjoyable experience! this is real fun, you are sent into a dimly lit maze with mirrors and red lights and you have to make your way through. It is real fun, though small kids may get scared. Worth every rupee of the 50 you pay.
Cartoon City : I heard that kids will enjoy Cartoon City . There are only two rides Mars Wars and Shark Attack, both are seems to be great. Kids would especially love the water based shark attack. Each ride costs Rs.30/- .
Haunted Mansion : Definitely not for heart patients and not even for kids. The place is real eerie. At the entrance are many coffins and a moving headless horse rider. When you get inside it is so dark that anything that pops out will give you a scare.
I felt it is worthy if you plan to pay entry fee (Rs.50/-) and you are selectively pay other individual attractions. There is a VIP packages where we have to pay 499/699 and we can get into few/all the attractions based on our selection. But this is very expensive( all attractions worthy not morethan 200), especially when you compare it to other film cities (ex Ramoji Film City).
